Soybean oil is obtained by pressing the oil from soybeans.
The chemical composition and presence of fatty acids determine the high usefulness of this oil.
In addition to lecithin, it contains important microelements and vitamins, in particular:
vitamins E and K;
choline;
zinc;
phytosterols;
tocopherol
Soybean oil is used to produce soap and detergents, plastics, dyes and synthetic oils, which, when released into soil and water bodies, do not cause any harm to the environment, and as part of cooling agents, this oil is not dangerous even for the ozone layer of the Earth. Among other things, soybean oil is used in canning, sauce production and confectionery products.
